ATI Balancer question

So I did a search and didn't find the info I'm looking for. First question there is two balancer part numbers 917934E and 917933E. The 917933 is the blower drive so I am assuming it's got the key? And the 917934E doesnt come with a keyway?

Secondly I don't understand how or what the engine rebuilder will do to my crank it's already pinned. Will the weld up the pin holes and cut a keyway for the Ati or just make a keyway?

Or should I just leave the pins that came from Roe in?

Yes the keyway on the hub is the only difference, youll need to talk to your engine builder but I would definitely prefer a keyway over the pins.
