ATI Balancer

Is anyone using an ATI balancer? I called ATI and they didn't have a specific one for our trucks. So I asked them for the Gen-3 8.3L part number. They gave me PN 917934E. Just wanna make sure I am ordering the correct one. Thanks in advance:rock:

I don't recall what part number mine was specifically, but as I remember from a while back isn't there two options? One for a keyed crank and one for a non-keyed crank? If you have the crank removed be sure to install the keyed version. It requires the machine shop to cut keyways, but it is a necessary modification IMO.

I ordered the one from the link I posted. Summit didn't have one in stock, so I have to call back tomorrow. See what shows up. Can always play the return game.

Looks like the one that is a blower drive has the keyways. Diff part number. I'll give Summit a call tomorrow, no biggie!

I didn't see any listed on the Roe site.

The chart is a little confusing, I think you want the OEM balancer, but with the blower hub. That way you get the normal serpentine pulley, but also get the keyed hub. I think you should call and confirm.

Just Powerforce Plus listed on the Roe site. I got one from Summit.

This is correct, it will install normally without the keys and has slots for the keys if you choose to run them. Well worth the money over the stock garbage, plus its necessary for any JMB Procharger kit
