One so far is painted and Installed! As my back heals Ill spray mine. Possibly with a Red ACR stripe :rock:

I wish I had a better answer, I can't say I ever remember seeing something like that, at least for an 06
I believe the truck pictured is a stock truck that was heavily photo shopped. The wide wheels/fenders, cool hood, odd shaped headlights, grills, etc, are all photoshopped on there.
