Since this is next on my agenda, I'm looking for input and recommendations. I've heard of Suncoast, ATS, HTS, ATFSpeed and others. What works? What's tried and trued? I would like to find something that would hold up to 850 RWHP and 1000 Ft LBs of TQ and be very streetable. I'm not interested in neck snapping shifts all the time. A GM conversion would not be out of the question but I don't want to be the first one. Thanks.

I just bought mine from ATFspeed. major upgrades and not a real bad price. Comes with 12 month warrenty. and he says it is good for up to 1000HP

might wana check some of you local shops, i found one here in san diego, granted im a diesel, but there gunna garentee mine for 3/36 knowing full and well what i want/have done (600hp range current 800+ projected). you never know what you might find. GREAT price and customer service

The HTS is just south of 4,000 with a billet converter, shipped.

Do a search for Dusty HTS transmissions on the net before you decide. You'll be hard pressed to find a bad word spoken about him or his product.

EOD has a Roe'd 10 at 650 HP and loves his. Shoot him a pm.

O **** 3 year warranty 100,000 miles I believe....

I remember reading through that thread. I wonder why he hasn't posted a long term update.

mikes transmission is what im doin!

Looked at their website. Nothing I think I would be interested in.

It would be great to document our members experiences and long term results with these companies products and services.

The only long term company anyone has used is suncoast i believe.

EOD doesn't post much, last report was all good.

5500 with a converter is not bad at all in mho considering my converter was 1600

So for the bullet proof 400, we'd be looking at around 10 grand for the plate, converter, tranny and drive shaft?

I'd like to have a problem like that!

LOL I'm right around 1,500-2,000 dollars........

I'd like to have a problem where I needed to spend 9-10 grand to be able to hold my engine's hp. I don't have a hp problem......YET!

That is true. I have more than that in the brand new Suncoast that I need to get off my ass and sell.

Basically guys for the cost of a new built to the tits Suncoast you can have the trans, converter from Mike's and the adapter from Donato. Then I added the gear vendors on top of that. And then don't forget the driveshaft.

Watch for a smokin deal on a new Suncoast in the classifieds tomorrow!!!!!!
