B&B exhaust

alot of guys put a resonator behind the muffler to quiet the cab drone, but don't know if it helped the loudness as much..... the stock exhaust on an '05 had resonators behind the muffler, if you've still them.........
i think i recall prof put the resonator back on with his exhaust change, you could pm him for what he ended up with.........:dontknow:

personally, i love the low rumble out of my b&b -- closest thing to a v-8 sound you can get with the v-10......:rock:

so i bought some "trough" mufflers ( glasspacks :dontknow: ) to try out... sealed them with tape on the B&B tips to hear a idea..... man, this is day and night difference... truck is again civilezed , even more then stock...
Guy at shop was right... it are the long tubes behind the muffler who make that loud resonance...
Don't know... it's more a "electric" sound now...but , yes, i suggest we can't get much out of a 10 banger....that is at comforty radio listening level...

have to look now how it can be "welded" in at the rear ... will post pics from the job
