B&M shifter handle

Found out the threads are broken off of the handle, and b&m advertises a limited lifetime warranty. Think I could get it replaced?

I seem to recall issues with the B&M when they first came out about them breaking, thought it was where the handle bolted to the shifter though? I also seem to recall them offering free replacements if it occured and it was a different metal? It is all foggy.

Okay so I called them and this is a discontinued item, and they have no parts in stock anymore, so its not covered by the warranty
