B&M Shifter Installed getting rattleling noise?!?

I installed B&M shifter on my truck yesterday and im getting like a rattle noise. I made sure to tighten everything so I dont know Im going to have to take it all apart again and re-tighten everything see if it goes away. you hear it more in 3rd gear and 4th after 3,000rpm's when you get on it. any one have the same problem??

Put 2 rubber washer between the handles. It worked for mine.

Virtually any aftermarket shifter is going to generate more noise than the factory shifter.

You can do a search for fixes on each (such as the one above).

It's normal, don't stress...

it will vibrate and rattle because there is no rubber isolater between handle and shifter thats what gives you crisper shifts if you attempted to put rubber between you will defeat the purpose and get some flex in handle.

Yea, if anything later on imma take it to my job and Tig welded myself at the shop.

dont weld it the handle may break later, best just install rubber insulators

Just can't seem to have it both ways, either good shifting or quiet.

We have fought that war since the trucks came out.

yep thats what I do lol the V10 is music to my ears
