I need the upper (black anodized aluminum) part of the shifter... the part that the handle screws on.

:D

you need the new updated steel stick

steel or steal??????

several folks have had theirs break & was replaced with a steel one, if i remembers correctly

If you can find a Hurst steel stick just drill out the two holes to the next largest size and bolt it up with locknuts and you are fixed.

I called B&M and they said they don't make a steel one:dontknow:

B&M did send me a steel replacement when I complained about the aluminum one breaking almost immediatly after I installed a shift handle on top of the aluminum stock handle. They also wanted proof of purchase and it took about a month to get a replacement from them.
I took the stock Hurst stick, shotrened it by about 3-4 inches and drilled it, and reinstalled it on the B&M tower.
