Not to be rude but I had placed an order with jegs a while back. They don't exist I got refunded the next day and they said they would take it off the site if it's still on there then they haven't yet.

from my understanding that is all the first gen X-metal shifter was, i'm not sure what he had to modify but i've driven a truck with a gen 1 and i really dont think it was much better than stock. One way to make your factory shifter feel better is to take the rubber vibration dampener out. I had my factory shifter like that for a long time before i bought a B&M, if you do that though i recomend using JB weld with the bolts on the handle to help it stay in place
