B&M Short throw problems

What a coincidence. I'm getting a bit tired of my X-Metal Gen II shifter. I noticed at higher RPM's my shifter makes noise and I hate it. At any gear it makes some level of noise though. Where could I get a B&M shifter from? Do the B&M's make noise? Any pictures? Are they better than the older X-Metals?

Yeah just ignore this guy cause he wasn't trying to find out anything important.. Man I ought'tah......

b&m does make noise ,but with more precise shifts,you will get used to it.both aftermarkets dont have those big rubber resonaters at the handles end.they flex too much

I installed a B&M last week--no noise. I got it off Ebay for $190 shipped; Atlantic Speed has it for $220, I think. Part number 45040.

B & m rarely makes noise. Mine was noisy in the start but not so much anymore.

My B&M shifter makes no more noise than the OEM Hurst with rubber resonaters removed.

Where do you recommend getting the stainless/chrome steel upper stick from for the B&M 45040? Tired of the spongy feel of the Hurst, looking for more positive gate feel.

Cherry Performance is the place to go for just the steel lever, most any color or chrome
