How was it removed? And what condition is the encapsulation in?

It is the original slider from my truck. Just cut out the butyl with a special knife to release it from the cab. I installed an electric power slider:rock:

The reflexation on the first picture had me screwed up.

Any info on the electric one? This is the only option my truck doesn't have that I'd like to get.
