rabbits can do some damage , I had 2 pythons 7 footers and when they were killin the rabbits, the rabbits would take big bites out of them pretty crazzy.... and that rabbit never got tagged if he did he would have slowed down almost instantly..

Adult Squirrels also do amazingly well against rattle snakes. If a rattle snake starts into a squirrel hole the mother squirrel will go nose to nose with a rattle snake blocking it from going any further into the hole. If the rattle snake doesn't back out the squirrel will use it's rear legs and starts to cover the rattle snake with dirt. Adult squirrels are immune from rattle snake bites.

they are not immune ,,in order for the poision to work it has to get into the blood stream of the victim,squirrels, rabbits and someothers have loose skin under thier fur ,,most times a snake gets a mouth full of fur and the fangs never go into the muscles ,,seen a squarrel chew the face of a rattlesnake once!
