Bang for the buck??

I am new 06 srt10 QC owner and looking for some input. I must say I am a little un-impressed with the performance of the truck stock. It seems there is somthing holding the truck back?! I would of guessed the thing to be a tire fryer before actually driving it. After spending a few nights on this forum it seems the DC computer is overall the best bang for the buck mod for the qc?

Help me out let me know if I am on the right track?

Also on a side note, I must say the fuel economy is better than I would of guessed. I got a little over 14mpg on my trip home with the truck, and then roughly 12mpg with mixed driving my second tank. Sure it's no hybrid but all in all it isn't horrible.

Welcome to the forum! First thing is to make sure the throttle cable is in the correct position and has not came off the throttle bracket.

Next, the Stage 2 is a good bang-for-buck

Flash is best bang for buck.Best "for free" mod is cat delete.Drop-in K & N air filter (or other brand) will help some.CAI will add nice sound,HP increase is debatable.MagnaFlow helps sound a LOT,but cat delete and MagnaFlow will be LOUD ! I went back to stock muffler but left out the cats.Lowering kit really helps the look,as does the cal-vue mirrors.

Hell yes!!!!! But you need to optimize the flash......magnaflow, cat delete are a must.
