battery died today

battery died today, out of the blue.

had idiot lights goin off & on, CD player shufflin CD's, etc.

swapped out batteries. took 2 to 3 times longer to fire up.

question is would there be any damage to Torries tune from this???? :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

Been waitin for my OEM to go...almost 6years old now....only 17K miles though, but age is the killer. I'm looking forward to hearing from someone who can advise on the tune. The SCT stores the stock tune so it shouldn't be too hard to redo if needed, I hope Think I'm gonna put an Optima in mine, I've had great luck with those.

ya might want to check out those Odyssey batteries.
compare it to the same one for the truck. beats the Optima hands down.

Tune will stay intact...your adaptaves will reset just the same as unhooking the battery....not a bad thing.......I would flash the tune again just to make sure no glitches....
