Battery relocated .......sorta

Ok guys heres preliminary pics of my battery relocation. I moved weight from the front to the rear, but with the added cable and box, weight is aobut the same just moved to the rear. I can t go into to many details I am running late. but made a box for the battery , located it on the drivers side frame rail. run the pos cable to the front. in the front took out the inner fender well, removed battery box, and if you study the stock box you can cut it up and still use the mounts to mount the fuse box and ABS module sturdily. Actually it was striaght forward, but no not finished had to button it up kinda quick. Most cables nd two vaccums moved , freed up tons of space for a few more goodies I have comming, so things will be made to look alot better.

Don't forget to install some remote mount terminals Tony....otherwise if you need to jump your battery, it could be quite a pain the butt:D Oh and a battery kill switch at the rear of the truck if you plan on taking it to the track;)

The truck is still holding up just fine. Just got back from the track and ran two back to back 11.9 passes. On the third pass i hit a 1.69 60 foot and i thought i was going to maybe hit a 11.8 or a 11.7 but my bottle ran out when i hit third gear. Still cant launch over 3000 rpm but im about to change out my 28 inch slick to a 30 inch slick. Ill post after i try them out on July 7.
 
The theremals are working fine, no probs at all, and thanks guys, jsut dont know if I want to put the terminals an switch on though still thinking, probably want do much more than test and tune nights, and they dont check crap like Blake says , they dont see nuttin
