I have had the blend door problem for a year now and the first pic was my solution as I did not want to have the dash removed for $750.
Read the post on the door problem and called Dr. Viper. Said I, "tell me in terms a 70 yr old 50% disabled VET can understand just how to fix the problem. In two sentences he walked my thru it.
Second pic is the removed door and I am freezing my backside in 100 degree heat. Took me 30 minutes (probably you guys could have done int in half that time) and all is well.
