Belanger headers do not have a smog certification number. However, Bassani headers do have a smog certification number which is listed on our website under the Bassani header product information. Link provided. Bassani Headers



"What header setup is best for low end torque?"

Typically, longtube headers provide better low-end torque gains than short tube headers.



"Should I just get Bassani since I already have X-Metal catless mids and the Magnaflow?"

Bassani headers would be the best bolt-in swap for your factory exhaust manifolds, allowing you to keep your existing catless mids. See link above.

The Belanger headers come with jet hot coating.

I don't think there is a HP increase, it just reduces under hood temps(which may lead to a slight hp gain)...
