Something that's come up lately is if I just finish washing the truck (not including engine bay) or if its a rainy day, I get bad belt slip. Bad enough my steering is locked up, alternator isn't spinning either...

Can't find any oil leaks or antifreeze leaks. Do I just need to replace belt? ...belt and tensioner? ....or look harder for some kinda oil/fluid leak??

Anyone else have this come up with their truck??

oh damn....may need to pin it huh? Is that a MOPAR kit or someone else?

i think ROE Racing has the pinning kit. but if you are not driving a supercharger it isn't really necessary. Just make sure the center bolt is tight that holds the damper to the crank! the lower pulley bolts to the damper that drives the belt . If the damper is loose , it will wobble and potentially screwup the end of the crank!! If the damper is ok then replace the belt and check the tensioners for free movement! Just alittle 2-cents i have lying around:burnout::burnout:
