Anyone have any suggestion for a good laptop scan tool, even one that would be Apple Mac/OS compatible would be awesome but not required. Just need to be able to see the basic parts the PCM is reading, nothing too over sophisticated.
Maybe even interested in a programmer if there is one that will read the current program and be able to store it so it can be programmed into another PCM later.
About 7 years ago when I search for one, I had very little luck, looks like there are a few out now, but want to hear from those with some first hand experience...
BTW, I have programmed many other vehicles in my past, GM TPI, GM LT1, GM LSx, Buick Turbo 6's, and a few other, so I am not a complete novice except on this truck
