Best liquid for Paxton heat exchanger system?

Maybe a dumb question, but then again, I can be plenty dumb.

As the liquid in the Paxton system doesn't get that hot, would straight antifreeze provide the best medium for heat transfer/dissapation?

FYI, the Paxton install manual is a little wanting for detail. Some of the photos are little help for the step they are trying to describe, diagrams are laid out opposite of how the components actually connect, some steps are omitted, etc.
 
I used distilled water and water wetter only...saw a 12 degree drop from 50/50 antifreeze/water mix on my intake temps....

water is the best option as it displaces heat better then antifreeze. The antifreeze does just that stops the fluid from freezing and also gives it a lube property. water weter and water are the best choices for cooling factor. as long as you dont park out side on a freezing day you will be ok.
