Best Place For High Flow Cats?

Best place for high flow cats is at the dog pound!! Lol

i have Belanger headers + high flow cats

It appears according to his sig that he has picked up a stock 04. I would guess that is what is getting high flow cats.

Yes sir ;)

I just picked up a stock 04, and ive gotta get some sound out of this boy...spintech makes some big block/v10 rated high flows was wondering if anybody has used them before, they will be replacing the stockers :burnout:

I just did a quick little search everything I read ppl were saying good things about um... found um on alot of Dakotas tho... cats are expensive in general....Im guessing ur in an area where u need um??

If they must be used , put them as close to the manifold as possible or right at the end of the headers. They are meant to get super hot to cook and burn the unburned hydrocarbons before they reach the tailpipe.

if i'm not mistaken, the belangers and their high flows (for example) the first 02 sensor is in the header, and the second is right before the cat... isn't it? that's why i said that...

Dunno I rid my cats years ago. Wouldn't make sense like that as the rear 02s would always throw a code? Who knows?

First sensor is indeed in the header.
Second sensor is right behind the high flow cat.
If it was before, both sensors would pick up the same mesurements.
Mine doesn't throw any codes. :dontknow:

Save your money and keep them on the shelf.
