Fantastic and well deserved!!
Cattlemen's in Dallas - that the place where they hang the cut-off neckties on the walls?

Yes sir. Walk in with a tie on, and it will get cut off and hung on the wall!

Thought so! Been there a few years ago. Lots of fun! They make such a huge deal out of the tie cutting too!:rock:
The slide was cool as well!

My Wife does an awesome job at home with a big honkin' piece'a meat......

But, apart from that, these guys do a great steak..... But way too much money to go there.... Everything's ala carte and (if I remember correctly a fkn baked potato costs about 7-8 bucks.....) The Lyonnaise Potato is pretty fkn good, though...

Got to agree, RuthsChris is a pretty good steak. I always figure about a $100.00 per person when I go there.

Thats how that Kirbys is....very upscale, live jazz type bar, everything ale carte, very pricey, but worth every penny in my opinion. You get what you pay for. Just cuz its cheap and big does not mean its a good cut of meat, it may be full of fat, etc. Im starting to become a health nut these past few months...

Yes, Ruth's Chris is among the best. Emeril's place in Vegas is pretty damn good too. There is a place in San Diego, I'll have to find the name. It's in the gaslamp, kitty corner to the Hyatt. One of the very best meals I've ever had, maybe the best.
