I've eaten in the last three..........all great.(Uncle Jacks has 2 locations, NYC and Queens, I like Queens better) Only Stevey can afford the first three on the list:p (I only had tuna at the Palm):p
One of the top three meals I ever ate in my life was at Riva's at the Navy Pier in Chicago this last visit. I had a filet (and lobster tail) you could literally tease apart with your fork!. It was deeeelish. The Park Grill (Chicago, as well)served up a NY Strip that was also top notch........I'm getting hungry just thinking about this!

Worth every penny, and by the way, in Brooklyn CASH only. No plastic.
And I'm sure they claim all that cash on their tax return.:D

Stop the crap about chains.... They all are sub-standard at best..... When you go national you loose something..... We in DC have a great place that is very limited in where they are.

For those that are in the DC area, there is only one place to go to get a succulent prime rib.... And that is the Prime Rib on K Street, downtown....

You unfortunately need to have a coat and tie, and need to be around a lot of grandfathers taking their super hot grand-daughters out for a nice dinner, but the prime rib is to die for... And I am not kidding. The service is way out there the food is top notch and they give you so much prime you got to take some back to the dog..... No human can eat that much....

Times like this, I'm glad I'm not human.:D

Don't know if he was classified as human but Andre The Giant was know for putting away huge amounts of food.

The best I ever had was at a place called Cattleman's Steakhouse near El Paso, TX. I ate there in like 94-96 while on a business trip to El Paso and I can still remember the steak like it was yesterday, lol. BTW, their Beef Cubes are to die for. Check them out at http://www.cattlemanssteakhouse.com/

For the local southern CA peeps try Steer 'n Stein. They have a few locations in CA and very good Rib Eye plus you can order there Super Stein which is about 32oz. I have been to the Moreno Valley and Hemet locations and they have both been great.
