For Drag Racing, who has installed new rear rims with slicks and front runner skinnies?

Can you please tell me what sizes on the wheels and tires?

Any mods to install them as well?

I think most would suggest you leave the front stockers on.... your $$ can be better spent at getting traction .... I see you have caltracs already..... spend the cash to get slicks on the back ...

Hmmmmm..... I figured if I took some of that weight off the front w/ a set of Dragstrip only wheels it would help........ This set up would never see the street at all....... huh....:hmmmm2: :hmmmm:

it might help but you're not gonna get skinnies like the lightnings have over the huge calipers... so how much weight are you going to lose?? besides the front of these trucks are pretty heavy... what is it 55/45?? that's ~2800 or so... I dunno... 1fast400's truck, stinkers truck & the tank all made their runs (I believe) with stock 22's on the front... all 3 of those were running low 11's .... u running slicks in the back already??

p.s. you prolly got an extra 50 lbs in amps/speakers
p.s.s. anything fastjack says ... I pretty much take as fact

i think just runnin a 17' rim on the front would help that is if yo can clear the calipers less weight is better maybe like a 17 x 7
