guys I am having eddie a billet crank made for his engine since we cant find a straight crank

now as you know billet is stronger has great properties, and last longer with the bearings compared to oem cranks and are usually ultra expensive


lingefelter sells them for $6300

if anyone would like a billet crank with either 2.100 chevy crank journal or oem journal , now may be the time

i will probably sell them for $4000 or better, probably more

but for now if you want one they will be $3500, I really dont think you will find one at that cost, and it will only be open for that price for a week, one week only, until next friday and then that is it, after that the price goes up

that is my price + 5%, shipping willl be xtra.

it takes 9 weeks to build, and payment will have to be infull upfront and no refunds

he said it was good for 1500 hp not that i was gonna shoot for it. trying for a solid 750 to the wheels that will last a while so i can enjoy it more than work on it. look at it like this all these motors that go over 800hp dont live very long.

you and me both bro. stinker tells me ill go with turbos later. he's evil pure evil:D plan is to build the tranny too while she is down. then all ill have are cosmetics when i get her back together. got a few tricks with the front bumper cover in the works and the plans for the rear valance sorta like griffs but with some changes.

Well it's proven that a good engine, paxton and some gas will get you in the 10's! Fast and safe!

im not going with gas. from riding in stinkers with a 750 tune i wont need it.he was playing around running 7.80's
 
Well I have to say that is an amazing price for a billet crank. What is the min/max stroke they can make it with......

Not sure,, right now its basically a oem stroke bud, eddies engine is running behind because of this prob with straight cranks, so at the moment we are jsut working on this.

but since the angle is allready steep , I def wouldnt go too far, after a certain point extensive block work may be needed,

not really worried at the moment about all that, but friday is comming soon;)
 
Let me know what/when you can, I know of a guy that wants to destroke his and another that wants as much as possible angles be damned! I am sending them a link to this thread........
