Billy Lane

I just heard that Billy Lane will be on the Ferrall show on Howard 101 (Sirius) tonight at 8 eastern talking about his accident and charges. I like Billy and always thought he was a pretty intelligent guy, until now. This is just plain dumb on his part. He made a terrible mistake, and should rightly pay for it, but why talk about it publicly? No good can come from that, at least none that I can see. He might just did his own grave, or at least do the prosecutors job for him.

What happened?? I live about 10 miles from his shop. He ALWAYS says "hello" and is really friendly when I go in there. What did he do? :dontknow:

He killed a guy while he was driving drunk. Crossed over a double yellow line to pass and hit a guy riding a scooter. This was in Fla and just a couple months after he got popped for a dui in NC.

Damn, hate to hear that. Deffinately a stupid mistake, a series of them. Guess we'll see what happens, a DUI accident is going to carry a stiff punishment.
