What an incredibly cool thing to do!! I am sure that Mikey missed Marne, but I know from experience that sometimes you miss the kids more!!

Thank you Jake. It has been AWESOME to see Mike and Jalen together. Finally meeting Shawn, Joanna and Nikki (OH and Kramer) has been nothing short of Heaven. We have been welcomed with open arms and couldn't be happier. Neither Jalen or I want to leave on Sunday, but we have things to do to get us down here as soon as possible. Thank You everyone for the support.

Well I am sure my silence on the board has not really been missed by to many. But I did call Jake and personally Thank him for doing what he did. To say I was shocked is a giant under statement. I was floored and dumbfounded. I have not been on the site for awhile nor have I posted much in the recent past. With work and the amount of stress I have been under personally lately, I have not had it in me to come on. The burden of not having my best friend and son with me has taken a giant toll on me. So I apologize for my lack of involvement on the site and I hope people understand. This weekend was magic and I selfishly don't want it to end. I had Thursday and Friday off but Had to work today and tomorrow. So my visit with them is very brief and I want to share every moment with my family I can.

Jake thank you so very much for doing this. It has uplifted my spirits and I can honestly never repay you for the gesture. But only in my undying gratitude and from my heart by saying thank you. How awesome of you Bro. I missed my boy and throwing the ball around with him. we did that first thing when we got to Shawn's house :rock: I know I have some really awesome friends here and I know how lucky I am. I am humbled and greatful beyond words. We looked for a place to live and we put down a small deposit and we will see what happens. But we will struggle with the rest of it. Paying rent in Washington still so who knows. We have a tentative move in date of Nov. 18 but that all depends on a few things credit check ect.....So I will have either really good news Tuesday or another kick in the Nut's to report :dontknow: I am hoping for the best....

If you are talking about the job in Phoenix....I have the job. I won't know my start date until our move plans are definite. The hospital has me in a "holding pattern" if you will, till we are down here.

As for the weekend-it has been AWESOME. Joanna and I kept looking at each other.....weren't sure if we were dreaming or we had finally met.

Obviously it is Sunday and Jalen and I will be leaving here about 1330 to go say goodbye to Mike and head to the airport. The hardest drive of my life....leaving our family( Mike, Shawn, Joanna, Nikki and YES Kramer) behind. I have POSITIVE thoughts that we will be back shortly.
