It's not the rings that came apart in mine...it is the ring land. A piston problem not a ring problem in my opinion.

I agree, lots of issues to work out yet...let's not jump to conclusions...sometimes it just takes work to find the real cause...we are still dealing with symptoms...Blaine has a great theory, and may in fact be spot on...but let's not be too hasty in jumping to a conclusion.
