Just wondering if there is a block drain on these engines? I am about to pull the heads but want to drain as much coolant from the engine as possible to prevent a mess.

Damn, doesn't someone have an answer, are we stumped, never seen that happen before!!!

the drain "should " be jsut above the oil pan near the middle of the block, I a brass style plug, If ya need I will crawl under after she cools a bit

Its all good guys, I took the heads off about 5 hours ago. There is a little water that spills out but not too bad.
