Bonneville is Going on Right Now

Hey everybody, well Bonneville SpeedWeeks are up and going and the new record for the Street Legal Modified Pickup is now over 242 MPH on the long course, (Longer than 1.5 miles). I'm sure as heck now screwed. I cannot compete with Jesel on that. So, I'll keep trying to go after the Production Truck class, though it just jumped up to 193MPH+. I'm going to have to get into some serious wind tunnel testing and start saving my money big time. The records and pictures are posted on the Bonneville site:http://www.scta-bni.org/

Checked the Monday results and Jesel just went 255.7MPH. In a Blown Ram Pickup. Damn, Thats fast. And yes, it is a twin Turbocharged Truck.

Me too, but I can promise I will do my best to be there next year. The airride is going in right now, its being a pain, but it looks like its going to do what i want. But I think jesel is going to run even faster before it's over.

D, did you see the movie "The Fastest Indian"? I think that was the title. Fantastic movie about a kiwi dude whom rode his Indian motorcycle back in the 60's there and accumulated several records. Great movie.
