Anybody install a set of these yet? Got pics? I'm on the prowl for a set but want someone else to go through it before me so that they can give me some tips.;)

Gary mentioned some wire holders that they had used but never posted any pics.
 
Well,as I'm reading your post,the wife just handed me a pkg with my wires in it !!!Great looking set of wires !!! As for the separaters,they are similar to the MSD Black Plastic ones !!!I wasn't sure what to expect with them ('cause I didn't ask)but I will be checking on some Custom ones in the very near future with my buddy @ B&A !!!:rock: Got to have BLING !!!'Cause Lord knows under my hood is Boring !!!:D To answer your question about install,YES it's a PIA,the intake will need to come off,but to get the look I'm after,it'll be worth it !! Also going to be doing some thinking about a way to relocate the coil packs so I don't have to go through this BS again !!!

That's kind of what I thought about the seperators. I'd like to install them in the factory locations even if it meant buying some aftermarket holders that will bolt into place where the factory one were.

pictures please & update us once you've run awhile....... separators ?? what are you talking about ? do you mean the wire holders ?
if you do relocate your coil packs, please post how you did it, parts involved & more pics........

the separators from gary,are in my opion r cheap plastic separators, and iam not happy plus i paid 25.00 for them. the wires are very nice wire set my viper tech said they were of good quailty .very happy with the wires,look real nice on my truck.
 
I'll be needing to get out of the house for a little bit Sat (girly chitt goin on),I'll try and run down to get a feel on what Tom might be able to do for us !!!The wire separators that Boomer has are basically what is out there now from MSD !!Cheap,I don't know that I'd say that,but are what's on my truck already !Which helps with these long ass wires we have to start with !!:dontknow: But again I say,I like bling !!!:rock: :rock:
 
ok i will retract the word / cheap /. not what i expected. hows that.
 
Those are the wires we're talking about !!! I did make it down to see Tom @ Billet & Acrylic.Told him what I had in mind,so he's going to see what he can do !!! Just need to be patient,he's running a little behind !!:rock: But he does always come through for me !!!So I'm going to give hime 2-3 weeks,and see how he's doing !!!So I'll keep you informed !!!:rock: :rock: :rock:
 
Sweet, If they can help us with better seperators im gonna have to purchase a set of these plug wires!! I gotta brighten up things under the hood..... :)

Went back down to see Tom last Sunday.He took some measurements from my truck,so hopefully he'll find the time to make up a prototype !!! If his turn out the way my idea of them should,I think there's going to be another Billet Mod in the Horizon !!!!I'll keep you posted!!!:rock: :rock: :rock:

The Moroso's are held on buy the valve cover bolts. I have them on my truck, I also have pics of them on my work computer. If you would like I can post them tomorrow.

Here is a pic of the Moroso wire looms. I know my intake looks black, but it is really chrome.
I ran the wires across the top of the valve covers to keep them away from the headers, but you could run them across the bottom of the valve covers if you want to.
