Born on date?

Just wondering how I can find my truck's "born on date." I did a search and came up empty.

I am not Jeff and I can't be held to this but....on your door sticker in the bottom left you have the info..it reads hdm or mdh: or something like that...then the digits that correspond to them.
M=month
D=day
H=hour

Dont hold me to it but I think that's it..

I'm going to be going there regardless to start it up and possibly take a drive, so I'll get the DOB. Plus I'm interested to see the date.
