I bought this for a program I aquired called pcmscan. It's a data logger that I found out about on the vca forums. I thought it would be good for me to log and send to sean and figure out whats wrong with my tune. It also has a dyno , diagnostics and all sorts of other jazz.

If any of you want to know more about it email me and i can hook you up. but you will need the obd2 to usb adapter.

How do I data log with the vec? do i need to buy the program from sean?

from what i read this pcmscan is more in depth???

66 bucks.

I wrote Sean a email asking if this would be suffice to data log and tune with.

I have a feeling that it will not tell me anything that the vec is doing, except the afr. As the pcm sends its signal and the vec recalibrates that signal.

I may still have to get the vec software and data log with that.

But this should be fun to play with in the truck and magnum!

It prints you out a time slip!
