Brake & Clutch Fluid Info??????

What is everyone using for their brake fluid and clutch fluid.

Just about to redo both and put in ALL NEW FLUID.

Going to fully drain and replace all the fluid as i go.

SO WHAT ARE YOU GUYS USING?????

Heard that the synthetic DOT 5 is not recomended
BUT
DOT 5 non-synthetic is
OR
SHould i just stay with a DOT 4????
WHich brand do you guys like???

I am thinking of going with MOTUL DOT 4
