brake light

I just got into my 06 qc with 30k miles and the brake light was on. I don't use the parking brake, the fluid was fine and the brake tell wasn't making noise. When I got home and restarted the car it was gone.

Any ideas? Going on a road trip tomorrow

my only guess is maybe someone installed a ghetto line lock on it?? my lock doesn't engage the lights and I don't think it's supposed to... but it's something to look for:dontknow:

just a glitch in the switch i doubt a line lock would have anything to do with it

Owned it since new, bone stock

did you open the master or did you just look at the clear cylinder? open the master it may still be low on fluid.

I added fluid and the light still came on. the pads are making no noise. is it possible it is just a bad sensor? i feel no problems at all and abs is working.
