when you bleed the brakes to you have to cycle the abs system on and off? I have to press on the peddle twice for the brakes to really grab. The idle is also a little high until I pump up the brakes. I have zero leaks and new fluid.
Can my booster be bad?

If you bleed no, if you flush, yes. Kinda like your clutch resevoir, if resevoir gets dry, air gets in the system. If the ABS module gets dry the it will have to be cycled with a DRB. There's still a Check valve that won't let boost into your brake booster I assume correct?

The high idle associated with the braking makes me think there is an issue with your booster or lines to your booster leaking. Is the pedal overly stiff when you push it?
