breakdown of the body ???

Does anyone know if there is a program out there that shows the body internal stuff ,,,i would like to get something that is like in layers so when you pull a layer off it shows internal organs ,,,

#1shows the human body
#2 take a layer off it shows mussles ligements
#3 take another layer out shows internal organs
#4 take another layer out shows bones skeleton

Yeah, it's awesome software, but it ain't cheap. Got me through college. It may be overkill if you aren't taking a class or prepping for a test.
