OK, so does this mean I'm not one if I sell it?:dontknow: :D

I've decided that I'll be throwing enough at my engine when the Procharger is done, so I'm going to part with my nitrous system.

This is a BTR 2-stage kit, with nitrous, propane, and gas. Gasoline is delivered from a separate fuel system mounted under the hood (or bed, if you prefer). BTR says this is good for 300rwhp and 500rwtq, and I'm inclined to believe it. The kit is used, but complete. You will probably want to rewire some of the electrical as I was, to tidy things up. A Hurst T-handle with button is also included to activate the second stage, or whatever you choose. They sell the kit for close to 3k plus gauges, I paid $2500.00, and have not used it. Asking $2400.00+S&H.

Here's a link to BTR's nitrous page. This kit is the one at the bottom. http://www.btrviper.com/nitrous.html

I do have some brand new Nitrous Oxide Systems components that you might consider. I bought the new 2-stage, touch screen programmable progressive controller, the wideband AFR option, and an O2 sensor. This is about the most flexible system out there, and it will shut down automatically if the AFR gets outside safe parameters. With progressive controllers you can bring the nitrous in gradually, rather than all at once. This controller enables you to very accurately curve the injection to give you as much power as you can put down, when you need it. I have just about 1k into these components. Asking $700.00 shipped.

Nitrous kit and controller combined: $2,900.00 shipped.

I am very interested in this kit. Does it come with all instructions for install of both the BTR and Launcher? What guages are you giving with it? Why didnt you ever install it?

The nitrous kit does not come with instructions. With the exception of the standalone fuel pump and an additional bottle heater, it installs the same way any other kit would. The person I bought the kit from was even kind enough to label the majority of the wires. There are also plenty of forum members who would be helpful in answering questions and getting you up and running.

The Launcher system is new in the boxes, and has all of the necessary instructions. In fact, much of what you need to know about the nitrous system wiring will probably be included in those instructions.

The system comes with the two Autometer Pro-Comp Ultralight gauges shown in the photos. There are SRT-labeled gauges (and a variety of gauge pods) available from vendors on this forum if you want to match the look of the rest of the truck's gauges.

Without going into a great amount of detail on my project, it was purchased before I had my truck back on the road following the engine rebuild. Being the power-slut that I am :p I couldn't pass up the chance to buy this nitrous kit for several hundred less than it was new. The new supercharger system that will go on my truck will probably be pushing the upper limit of safe cylinder pressures, so adding nitrous on top of that might not be such a good idea.;) It would still be cool to have the system under the hood, but that's quite a bit of money sitting there that would likely never be used. So, all that plus the cost of the new supercharger system makes selling this system a smart decision on my part.

That sounds pretty awesome! So how much do you want for everything you listed? Also do you have anything else your willing to sell? What bottles does this kit come with?

My loanmower kept cutting off the whole summer when i drove through the tall grass. Will this help?

Let's think about that one for a moment.

What you really need is a bigger mower.

What this nitrous kit will do is encourage you to spend more time at the track, and spend your money on nitrous, propane, race fuel, and tires.

Your wife (or girlfriend) will likely leave you, as you will have become a "nitrous junkie", your neighbors will hate you for testing the system in the residential area, and the police will begin following you everywhere, just waiting for you to push "the button".

Meanwhile, your lawn (if you still have ownership of your home) will have grown to such an extent that you will no longer need a mower, you will need a hay bailer. Unfortunately, you will have neglected your finances as well as your friends, so you will not have the means to purchase one.

At least you will have your truck, although it may be permanently saturated with the smell of tire smoke, and virtually unsellable as a result.:p
