Just downloaded the new Top Gear episode and they had this.... i couldn't post my file anywhere since it was 700mb but I found a chopped version of the show with just the Veyron.

It's blood curdling too see a car do 253mph/407kph. Too bad there is no chance of owning one. This car's engine is pure art.

It's too bad that engine is in a super-fugly body. For $1,300,000. I want a car that doesn't look like a Tylenol.

BTW- The Callaway Sledgehammer is still faster (256mph), and costs 75% less.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I kinda like it. If money were no object, I would have the Veyron or the Saleen S7. The Veyron is a 10 second car even if you don't have any skill. It's all computer controlled. Just mash the go pedal and the computer limits wheel spin and launches you down the 1/4. The Saleen is a work of art also and I read that they custom fit it to the customer. Make mine 3xlt please.

Yeah I watched that one too. He was laughing like a school girl everytime he kicked the back end out. I've ridden in lots of fast cars but a Viper just has something rude about it.

Kinda gotta disagree with the visual thing.....

By aesthetic comparison the Slegehammer 'Vette is an ugliassed angular POS.....

You'd probably hate all my guitars then too.

I wasn't really comparing body styles between the Sledgehammer and the Veyron. Just the top speed specs and the price tag.

When it comes to looks, the Viper (car) is drop-dead sexy. There are a few others out there too- like the McLaren-SLR- but the Veryon is WAY down on my Looks List.

The McLaren SLR doesn't do anything for me. I don't like the fish gills on the side. The hood looks way too long and the grille looks like a bird beak. Those are just my observations. Like I said in an earlier post. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If cars all looked the same, then they would be pretty boring.

Nope, Brand new 2006 with only 44 miles and that's a "Buy it Now" price. I couldn't find any deals on the Veyron. Sorry....
