bump steer

From searching old posts it seems a few people said it helped on their trucks by flipping the tie rod ends from the bottom of the steering knuckle to the top. A few vendors were supposedly going to come out with a kit to do this but they all seem to of fallen through, I'm trying to figure out what all we need to get it done now as my truck bump steers pretty bad as well.

Any one a member on a cummins diesel forum? Go on there and ask because I know there is a kit or two out there because the diesels have the same issue and I have seen bump steer kits to correct the issue and if I recall it has to do with the drag link bar I believe or maybe I am thinking the track bar which would be for the 4X4's which has nothing to do with us! LOL!

I am but the trucks with front end problems are 4x4 which are straight axle trucks.

stop driving the truck... that's the only way...
is that why you put your truck into the wall?

I will try that this week..

One of two things likely E. your alignment is off camber from bring so low. Or you have no suspension and your front control arms are sitting on bumpstops. Rear ends I've seen the same way. Creates a wagon ride too :(

I have front rc springs i wana put to lift it up a bit but how would i lift the rear with my flip kit?

but i have a flip kit..the shackles would have to be long as fuck to lift it up..

OHH OK,I thaught the drop shackles were longer then the stock shackles so you would put shorter ones on to raise it up??? Its been awhile since I did mine,so maybe its the other way around:dontknow:
