That's why any ammunition should be locked in a FIRE SAFE.... It should be required in a apartment building, IMO.... Someone could have been KILLED. The safe wont keep the contents from burning, they are only good for 1 hour in most cases.... but, it would have contained the ordnance when it "cooked off".
