Took the family up to Callaway Gardens in Georgia for the Fantasy of Lights show.

Here are some shots of the place. I apologize for the pictures. I was driving, holding a kid, and taking pics at the same time. Most of pics are digitally zoomed.

One partridge in a pear tree was Jesus Christ.

Two turtle doves were the Old and New Testaments.

Three French hens stood for faith, hope and love.

Four calling birds were the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

Five golden rings recalled the Torah or Law, the first five books of the Old Testament.

Six geese a-laying stood for the six days of creation.

Seven swans a-swimming represented the sevenfold gifts of the Holy Spirit: prophesy, serving, teaching, exortation, contribution, leadership, and mercy.

Eight maids a-milking were the eight beatitudes.

From here on, the order is different from the original song!

Nine ladies dancing were the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.

Ten lords a-leaping were the ten commandments.

Eleven pipers piping stood for the eleven faithful disciples.

Twelve drummers drumming symbolized the twelve points of belief in the Apostles' Creed.

I don't know about all that Xmas stuff, but that area is one great place to ride a bike or Motorcycle!! Beautiful rolling hills!!:rock:

For some reason, all of the pics didn't make it here?
Here's some more.
About half of the lights are animated and obviously don't show up in a photo. Pictures don't do the light show justice, plus all of the sounds and music they put to the show really enhances it.
I don't know about you'all but I've always loved Christmas lights.

Lights on the beach by the golf course before the show. Little Bradley took out one of the Wise Men on the beach. Had to quietly pick him up (Wise Man) and plug him back in. lol
