two man job and you need a serious press

Agree, but my press wasnt that serious, it was cracking jokes the whole time :dontknow: :D

Its a two man job and can be done without a press if you cant get to one. You will need to burn out the rubber bushing and then use a hammer/chisel to remove the aluminum sleeves. The hard part is getting the new bushing into the leaf spring. Can be done by freezing the bushing and heating the leaf spring, then coax them in with a thin rubber mat and a large hammer :D

I used a press ;)

You will also need large wrenches to adjust the Caltracs, believe they are 1 1/8 or 1 1/4"
