Seeing a lot of articles about camming these QC's and was just wondering what is a good camshaft to put in our QC's, that I can keep the drivability and not put in alot of $$$ with extras like pushrods, springs and etc...! thnx

With any cam replacement I recommend springs and pushrods at least bud. Of course we can grind a profile to fit your QC and DD needs. Let me know if I can help.

Custom grind is the only way to go!

I have been thinking about my longterm goals for my truck, and I think that I eventually wana go cam and heads and all as well. I just feel that it would be a more reliable way to go. And a littke safer for the motor. Not sure if I am totally correct in that assumption or not.

Custom cam only, do not buy an off the shelf one size fits all cam ever. We have done a bunch of them, give me a ring or PM if you are interested. I have a package with custom cam, all the valve train stuff needed, and pushrods for $1300 plus shipping.
Thanks

What kind of power gain would you expect with this packege? I am assuming I could expect to pay about that much in install cost as well? Plus another grand for tuning?

40-60whp depending on application. I charge $1200 labor for cam and valvetrain upgrade. Tuning depends on what you have, Id guess $500ish for a custom tune if you already had an SCT.
