cAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THESE LIGHTS

These lights were on my truck when I bought it used. Some of the LEDs are burned out and I would like to replace them with the same units. Can anyone help? Thanks

Here you go brother, I think someone bought the Red ALtezza LED lights, and then had some sort of spray tint over them, hope it helps

That dual exhaust is a one of a kind... its looks really sweet and the body work you can't even tell it wasn't factory. I just ordered a set of these.
