Can't find on forum app

I downloaded the Tapatalk forum app but cant find vtcoa at all. Do I need to set up a Tapatalk account or what am I doing wrong?

Thanks. I deleted that app because I didn't think the VTCoA was on it. I'll re-upload and try again.
