i don't think its a bad idea, i can understand where they are coming from... it's easy to avoid one just pay your other bills on time and keep a good credit score, then you'll never have to worry about it

Pretty sure it wont shut the car off while its going down the road. When it would activate the kill function would be if it starts beeping and then the car is turned off such as when you've reached your destination. THEN when you go to start it, it won't start. I think its a great idea!

so, in theory, if you never shut your car off, the system can never be activated?

I don't really like the whole idea myself. First of all, you're talking about people that can least afford transportation, already paying extreme interest rates, and then if they are one day late they lose their transportation.

Anybody here that's never been a day late on a payment? Anybody here ever make a payment and have an issue with it not being posted properly? Think about having that happen and then not having transportation to get the kids to day care and get yourself to your job.

Besides the fact that the whole thing smacks of big brother. It's probably got a built in gps so they can find the car too. Which means they would also be able to track all your moves. No thanks, I like my privacy.

But then you all probably already knew that hehehehe.
