Car Alarms

The picture is a cool idea. But I think most car alarms are useless against a real car thief. I have thought about a lojack so I can get the truck back. But to answer your question I only have the stock alarm.
 
I have a Avatal 2 way alarm system. i love it i think that it was worth the estra money to help keep bytruck safe
 
well after it is installed and someoene wants to try to steal it let me know and we can find out how it works.. :)
 
I'm talking to a gentleman right now that has a system for sale that has what they call "pings", from your laptop you can disable the Truck!
This is "real-time", you could put a "ping" to the fuel, timing, factory alarm, even a recorded message that tells the person inside the Truck that they are driving.... is about to shut-down.
So it sounds to me like a Lo-Jack with some of your own control.

I was under the impression that our trucks have the disable if you dont use the factory key. They can start it , But it will die after a couple of seconds. Anywho, I have factory, Lojack.

Ours come with a factory alarm don't they? Just for opening doors without a key I believe?
