Car ID projector headlights

I have a set of Car ID projector headlights with white LED eyebrows for sale. I am more of a black and yellow type of guy and the previous owner liked chrome. Lights are in excellent shape. Looking to get $70 shipped.

Are these plug n play or do they require splicing into the original headlight wiring?

I think they are plug an play other than the halo rings and the led lights. They are shown with HID's in them which I am including with the headlights, but that requires you to wire them up also.
