Car show boards

My wife and I attend local car shows of fun but have an obsession with our cars. We have 3-4 that we show regularly and want show boards. Does anyone have an idea of who makes them or some how to's to make some?

Awesome! It was TSTI in my day and I've attended Auto Collision/Refinish in 90'.
